Open Account Terms

All open invoices are due within 30 days from date of invoice. Past due balances are subject to a monthly finance charge of 1%

You may pay by:
Check (drawn on a US Account)
C.O.D (Check or Money Order drawn on a US account)
Credit Card; American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
All payments, Foreign and Domestic, must be in US Dollars and Drawn on a US account. We cannot accept payments drawn on foreign accounts.

Delivery Terms

All US orders are shipped via UPS Ground F.O.B. Farmingdale, NY
Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping are available at an additional cost.

Our Return Policy

If a product is defective or does not perform to your satisfaction, we will provide an exchange, credit or refund. Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a pickup. Please Note:The returnedproduct must be returned in original container, unmarked and properly packaged. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a description of the problem. Returns not meeting the above requirements may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
